1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any service from Mobile IV Therapy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Mobile IV Therapy offers intravenous (IV) therapy and home nursing services, administered by licensed nursing staff. Our services include:

• Home administration of IV drips and solutions
• Personalized vitamin and mineral formulations
• Home nursing services (consult availability and pricing)

Our services are complementary in nature and do not replace professional medical care, medical diagnosis, or treatment of diseases.

3. Service Coverage Area

We currently serve Puerto Vallarta (including Zona Romántica, Marina Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, Punta de Mita, Sayulita, and surrounding areas) and Mexico City (including Polanco, Condesa, Roma, Santa Fe, Lomas de Chapultepec, and surrounding areas). Contact us to verify availability in your specific area.

4. Client Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older. For minors, the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.
• Complete the health questionnaire with truthful and up-to-date information before each service.
• Inform staff of any medical condition, allergy, or medication not included in the questionnaire.
• Be in a condition that allows safe administration of the treatment (not under severe intoxication from alcohol or other substances).
• Ensure an adequate, safe, and hygienic space for service delivery.

6. Prices and Payments

• Published prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). For payments in Mexican pesos (MXN), the exchange rate in effect at the time of service applies.
• We accept cash (USD or MXN), bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
• Payment is made upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies.

7. Medical Liability and Limitations

Mobile IV Therapy acts with professional diligence; however, the client acknowledges and accepts the following:

• IV therapy carries inherent risks, including bruising, discomfort at the puncture site, allergic reactions, and in exceptional cases, systemic reactions. Our staff is trained to handle any such event.
• The client is responsible for providing truthful and complete health information. Omission of relevant data releases Mobile IV Therapy from liability for adverse reactions resulting from such omission.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if, at the discretion of the nursing staff, there is a risk to the health or safety of the client or staff.
• In the event of an adverse reaction, staff will provide initial care and indicate transfer to emergency services if necessary.
• Our services do not constitute a medical diagnosis or replace the care of a treating physician.

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Mobile IV Therapy or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without express written authorization is prohibited.

9. Service Modifications

Mobile IV Therapy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or price at any time and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising therefrom, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
